WARRANTY AND RETURNS

ARS Return Policy

ARS will accept returns of unused, undamaged, defect-free products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery at the customer’s expense.  Please contact us at info@andersonrescue.com to initiate a return.  To exchange a product, please return it and commence a new purchase.  

ARS Product Warranty

ARS guarantees that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (1) year from the date of delivery.  In the event a product is defective, ARS will either repair, replace, or provide a refund for the product at our discretion.  If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us at info@andersonrescue.com.
